Public Sector
- Only Grade 52 (or Grade SSPA 13) and above can participate in EDLP.
- Individuals submit their registration via the portal.
- Applications are vetted to ensure grade criteria are met.
- If eligible, an official offer letter and confirmation of attendance form are sent via email for supervisor approval.
- Submit the confirmation within the stipulated timeframe.
- Confirmed individuals receive an acknowledgment email and pre-cohort preparation details.
Note:
The official letter/acknowledgment process applies only to public sector participants. Near the cohort start, all participants receive event details, LMS login, and WhatsApp group invite from ASB.
Private Sector
- Malaysian START-UPS, MSMEs and SMEs are encouraged to apply for a PMKS Status Declaration Certificate and submit it with the application. See smereg.smecorp.gov.my for details.
- If PMKS certificate is not available, provide SSM documentation (company info and summary financials).
- Incentive options include Micro SME 50%/100%, and SME 50%/100%.
- Startups may submit registration; approval is subject to MyDIGITAL. If applying for 100% or 50% incentive, provide supporting documents similar to MSME/SME.
